Deep Healing. Focused Time. Meaningful Progress.
Sometimes one hour a week simply isn't enough.
An EMDR Intensive provides dedicated, uninterrupted time to work through trauma, distressing experiences, or deeply rooted patterns without stopping just as you begin to make progress.
Instead of spreading treatment over months, an intensive allows you to immerse yourself in the healing process in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
Whether you're dealing with healing from betrayal trauma, working through a specific traumatic event, or feeling "stuck" in traditional weekly therapy, an intensive can help you move forward more efficiently.
Choose the Level of Support That's Right for You
Every healing journey is unique. Some clients are looking to process a single distressing experience, while others are ready to address multiple traumatic events or longstanding patterns. That's why I offer various levels of EMDR Intensives.
Each intensive begins with a comprehensive consultation to ensure the experience is tailored to your goals and that an intensive is the right fit for you.
